We solve the "Bayou Trap" by implementing industrial-grade Pure Polyurea basecoats with integrated moisture-vapor mitigation. By diamond-grinding the slab to a CSP-2 profile, we create a mechanical anchor that "wicks" deep into the pores, neutralizing MVT (Moisture Vapor Transmission) at the source.
