Ocean Springs garage floors aren't just concrete; they are porous membranes. Proximity to the Sound allows airborne salts (chlorides) to migrate into the slab. When these salts hit the rebar, the steel oxidizes and expands, causing the concrete to pop and spall from the inside out.
The Aliphatic Shield
We solve the "Coastal Rot" by mechanically profiling the slab to a CSP-2 standard and applying non-permeable Pure Polyurea basecoats. We finish with a 100% UV-stable Polyaspartic topcoat that resists the Gulf sun's magnification, ensuring a permanent bond that never yellows.
