  • 9-month project timeline, utilizing swing stage scaffolding to access all balconies safely and efficiently.

When it came time to restore and protect the 4,000 sq. ft. penthouse atop the Mississippi Coast Coliseum, Coast Pro Coatings delivered a state-of-the-art fluid-applied roofing and wall system built to withstand the elements.

Project Scope:

  • Repair and installation of a fluid-applied roofing and wall system.
  • Neogard Urethane Roof System applied to the roof and Neo-flex Wall System installed on vertical surfaces.
  • Full restoration of all windows and seams, including removal and replacement of old sealants for superior waterproofing.

Execution & Safety

  • Existing SPF (Foam) roof removed and replaced with a new SPF system.

Coast Pro Coatings was selected to restore and extend the life of the 32,000 sq. ft. roof at Pass Marianne Condos in Pass Christian, MS. Using a Neogard Silicone HS MB roof coating, we provided a seamless, weather-resistant solution designed for long-term durability and leak protection.

Project Scope:

  • Installation of a 15-year Neogard Silicone HS MB roof coating over the existing Modified Bitumen roof.
  • Full low-pressure cleaning of the entire roof substrate to ensure proper adhesion.
  • Multiple repairs to damaged areas where water had penetrated.
  • All seams and joints sealed with silicone mastic for maximum waterproofing.
  • Two coats of silicone applied after priming to ensure complete coverage and protection.
